Mwele Ntuli Malecela continued her education and completed her MSc and PhD at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. She became a Director of Research Coordination and Promotion (DRCP) in 1998 before becoming a Director of the Lymphatic Filariasis program in 2000.
She had a good life with her family, friends, and colleagues, where she worked. She used to spend her time in research and helping others.
