How Did Jimmy Robson Die?

As we told you Jimmy Robson is no more. He died on 14th December 2021, at the age of 82. He was suffering from Alzheimer’s disease-he is the seventh member of Burnley’s title-winning Squad to die with the condition. This news was confirmed by Burnley posted on social media ” we are saddened to hear of the demise of jimmy Robson this morning.


He was an amazing footballer  He is held legendry rank at Burnley, where the inside forward won the first Divison with the Clarets in 1960. 63 appearances made by Robson for the Seasiders between 1965 and 1968, scoring 13 times.

James Robson was born on 23 January 1939. He was an English former professional footballer, he played as an inside forward. 450 matches played by him in the football league. Jimmy won the first Divison with Burney in 1960, beating Manchester City on a Monday night in the final game of the season to win the title.
