Police rescue nursing mother and her baby, arrest three suspected kidnappers in Adamawa

Males of the Adamawa State Police Command have rescued a Nursing Mom and her Little one  (Jimrewa Las and Grace Las) from their abductors.


An announcement launched by the spokesperson of the state police command, DSP Suleiman Nguroje, states that the victims had been rescued unhurt after a gun battle between the operatives and the abductors throughout which the suspects had been wounded and escaped with bullet wounds.



In a associated improvement, officers hooked up to state clever Bureau (SIB) and Members of Miyetti Allah (MACBAN) in a joint operation on November 12, arrested three suspected kidnappers of their hideout in Balhoni Hills in Fufore Native Authorities Space.


The suspected kidnappers earlier kidnapped one Ali Yusuf of Kadarbu village in Fufore LGA and demanded Two Million 5 Hundred Thousand (N2.5million) naira as ransom through a letter of menace hooked up with a dwell ammunition to the family members of the victims. The names of the arrested suspects are Samaila Tukur 30years, Dawe Yunusa 28years and Abdullahi Adamu 25years all residents of Kadarbu village, Daware district, Fufore native authorities.



Ngoroje stated the Commissioner of Police, CP Mohammed Ahmed Barde assured the Authorities and good individuals of Adamawa state that the Command shall proceed to do all inside its powers to ensure a steady safety throughout the State.
